Telkom & Its Workers Bad Customer Service

So im having an issue with correcting my bill and two consultants confirm there’s a mistake until i got one who goes by thr name of Brenden Joana he came and said was charged correctly and was a bit nasty to me even drop the phone when wanted to rate his service and then he had said he’ll send me an invoice wich im still waiting for and doubt he will because of his attitude.
