Telkom it's a yes and no

Telkom has terrible coverage whenever I am in remote areas, I got use to it and don't mind because where I stay the coverage is great and never had issues. I would not mind taking another deal with them. My problem is the call centre agents that call and harass me to take an upgrade by force, please train the staff it's very *********.
