Telkom it's a scheme

Telkom is a schem.... I just got approved by telkom for a laptop deal and the Laptop isn't working. I reposted the matter 2 days after the delivery but they don't wanna exchange the device. Telkom consultant said it will be send for repair. I'm very furious and disappointed because I never even used the device. Telkom is full of ****. I never experience this kind of **** with other service providers.
