Telkom its a nightmare of telecommunications

Worst of the worst i have contract with telkom, they told the payments date are on 1,15,25,30 I took the 30 because i get paid 26, i like to pay my account on the 26th, i was so surprised to see i got charged for failed debit order, i got charged for paying earlier, on top of that you get charged for reconnection, its funny to see telkom is charging me for paying them
