Telkom ITC listing

In November 2022 i had moved to a new residence. Telkom did not have infrastructure at my new residence to assist me with moving my fiber line. I had my account for about 4 years already and had struggled throughout November and December to close my account. In February 2023 had been listed on ITC by Telkom for missing a December payment. Without arguing with them i paid the amount that they requested and received a final invoice showing a 0,00 balance. Until today i have not been removed from ITC and every call to Telkom is fruitless as one agent does not seem to want to work on queries logged by another agent.
