Telkom, It should not be this hard to buy data

<p>I ran out of data on my Telkom SIM card which I use in a wifi ****le as internet for my laptop. I simply want to buy new data (that will be valid for a year and not expire after a month) online using the EFT option. Which means I need to do it from a different computer.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been trying to get hold of someone from Telkom who can assist me, because I cannot find this option on their website, which I find quite difficult to navigate. First I phoned the lines on their website. I spoke to a lady who did not know how to help me, and she transfered me. After half an hour of holding I gave up and dailed a different number on the website, only to reach voice prompts the whole way. I want to speak to a person. Then I tried phoning stores. 4 different ones. No answer. Finally I got an answer, only for the man to tell me it is a private line and the number on the website is wrong. Shocking. I still don't have data.</p>
