Telkom issues with delivery adress

Telkom deserves a negative review honestly. I placed an order with them which after the order the next thing you should expect is a debit order. No tracking number or order number until the date they decide to deliver. Then the delivery adress is 76 76 Johannesburg, of which i did give the agent tye correct adress. Guess what the courier guy couldnt locate that adress when i call telkom unfortunately they cant change the adress tyen i ask the lady what hapens if they cant find me she then said unfortunately they take the device back to telkom and i will have to do a new application. Hey i had enough with this company already and havent received the device honestly im nolonger looking forward to this. Just wish to cancel reverse the debit order and move on. They are not worth the stress honestly. Ive used allthese networkproviders and telkom is the worst believe me
