Telkom issues...

I am continuesly experiencing issues with telkom. Last month my account was suspended... Even though it was paid.... Even call center could not tell me why... Now this month.. I did a payment to them... I get a sms my account will be suspended due to non payment... I called this morning AGAIN... just for the lady to confirm my payment was added incorrectly to someone else's account.... She then states management will call me in a few minutes.... Since this morning no calls from them and i cslled back twice... First time they said... No someone will call me... Second time... Management is currently in training.... No resolve no feedback for issues and mostakes they make..... What am i to do?
