Telkom issues

Hi.. Im so disappointed by the treatment from Telkom.. I've made several attempts at disconnecting my landline.. Visited the office.. To no avail.. I was instructed to go on their website.. No help either.. Followed all their instructions.. Im still paying for a phone I don't use... Im now blacklisted.. I've paid severall thousands regarding this issue.. I need a solution immediately to rectify my predicament.. Kind regards Elaine.. God bless
