Telkom Issues

We have been with Telkom for more than 7 years. An amount of R2011,99 has been debited from my account without my knowledge and concert for a mistake that Telkom has made in August 2023. Only the instalment of the contact amount was supposed to be debited but instead they took the whole amount. Because of this happening, my other instalments were not enough to go off which let my account in a minus. I have been calling and emailing Telkom to resolve these issues, but they don't respond. They are fast to make mistakes and take their customers money but are not fast to resolve the issue and help their customers. I am very unhappy customer!
