Telkom issue for a year! *********** staff!!!

Im having continuous problems with telkom from last year that none of thier staff seem to be able to solve!!!! Does Telkom hire any competent staff???? Is this the way they treat their customers???because it seems like as soon as they have your money they dont care about thier ****ty service !!!! I have a 10mb/s line but i cant even stream a video so trying to stream a movie is out of the question,when you phone the call centre all you get is stories and empty promises and no one that actually follows up on anything! I call in every single day without fail and have extensive Refrence numbers from last year...all they say is they will send a technician who if ever comes out doesnt help as the problem still persists...im currently paying like R900 a month for my internet that doesnt work the way its supposed to !!! All i ask now is not even to be creditted but just to be swopped over to the lte because all you telkom fools dont seem to know whats happening with your adsl !!!!!!! Sick and tired !!!!!!
