Telkom Issue

To whom it may concern,

We have had endless issues with our Telkom lines that was faulty.

After getting the Reference numbers 40CTZ090921 it was said that all was resolved from Telkom's side and nothing happened.

We would like to get someone to come back to us to resolve our issues seeing we have been paying for a empty vessel no connection at all and we would like to get someone to call Rosa and get this resolved asap

We have also not received ANY statement since 2018 and nothing has changed regarding the previous address
