Telkom Issue

Good day

Please assist us on a problem we have with telkom. We are a medical business and for 2 weeks now our land lines are not working calls have been logged numerous times with no luck or feedback from them. We need the telephone lines to work for us to do our professional responsibilities to the healthcare sector.
