Telkom issue

I'm so frustrated and not happy at all about Telkom I had contract of wifi with them but they would deduct more than what we agreed upon. I went and cancelled the contract and to my surprise they still deduct triple amount on my account even though I cancel contract and not receiving any of their services. kindly help
