Telkom Issue

I do not have anything good to say about Telkom, my husband is trying for months to cancel our landline as we moved and have no access to a landline. They still keep sending bills and deduct from his account, after numerous visits to the Herm**** office at the mall he only get reference numbers and promises that they will repay him. Nothing happens, Telkom seems to pocket money from people without their consent. Is there any way that we will get any assistance and resolve this case?? Money back as promised??
