Telkom issuance not cancelled

I did receive the email from Telkom advising me with the increment of my phone insurance .

I did send the respond back to the email asking them to cancel the phone insurance for me and they did assure that the insurance will be cancelled by writing .

However i received the payment communication ,the insurance is not cancelled ,

PLEASE CANCE THE MY PHONE ISURANCE AS PER THE AGREMENT .

PLEASE SEE THE RESPOND FROM THEIR AGENT BELOW .

Dear Client Please find attached the cancellation confirmation of the policy. Kindly note that Telkom requires a 30 day notice of cancellation, which means you will still be debited for the month in which you cancelled your policy, please note your account is debited in arrears which means that the month in which you cancelled your policy will only be collected the following month.
