Telkom ISP/mobile is a ****

Telkom mobile is just a ****, when I went to their shop for the first time looking for an internet service provider, I found this lady that was screaming on top of her voice, fighting with the employees. This should've been a warning to me, but I took these employees word, saying "this lady is crazy" today I'm that lady. These people run a very well oiled ****, they'll ask you to choose a suitable date for their debits to your liking knowing that, that is where they'll catch you and ****** money from you. They have these penalties that you incur for late payments or bounced debits, but the catch is that you can pay straight into their account but they'll tell you that the debit will go anyways meaning that you incur penalties for the next invoice. I do not know why they don't stop the debits automatically when you pay earlier, well I know, they do that so that they can ****** money from the citizens. My advice to people out there is do not put yourself in our shoes, don't get a phone or internet from Telkom. Telkom is trash as an ISP, they should stick to proving infrastructure. Their call center is the worst, don't even waste your time with them, that place is full of below par individuals. These people suspended my account, but still sent me an invoice that shows me owing services they never rendered. This lady named Barbara couldn't explain what suspension meant according to Telkom, but just wanted us to pay for a service that can't get to us because of the simple fact that the line was closed. When pressed about that, she just hung up. Then there's this NuDebt company that is an accomplice to these telecommunication ****mers called Telkom that will just harass you for them. I just hope Mkhwa**** knows about them(19/09/2025)
