Telkom ISP very Slow

I have been struggling for a long time now to get my Internet speed on my ADSL line sorted. I have a 10MB lien and then Telkom ISP don't even give me a Meg. If I use other ISP's like AfriHost & Axxess I do get proper data throughput. I have logged calls. I used the Telkom Guest account and get proper through put.on my test.<br> <br> Last was just closed without a visit. Spend this morning 30 minutes online to get it sorted still nowhere to a resolution. They have reset the port and still nothing.<br> <br> I asked to have the Telkom ISP cancelled, and suddenly sorry I don't know how. I am tired of struggling and paying for a service that is not working. Would rather move my ISP to another provider that want to help.<br> <br> I was promised they will call me back but I don't think so. The problem seem to be related to my Setup at Telkom ISP, and teh Reason I say this is because other ISP's work except Telkom ISP. <br> <br> I wonder if they will even take the time to contact me.
