Telkom isn't very excited to have new customers

We app**** for internet with Telkom.. Got it approved etc they told us it will take 3 weeks max.. Believe it or not it's a month and a half and no installation as yet.. We called telkom and they keep giving dates of installation but no one has pitched to do it..
