Telkom isn't allocating my payments

Hi I paid R309 the 6th October I paid R750 on the 8th Nov I paid R200 on the 3rd Dec I paid R198 on the 4th Dec

Nome of these have been taken off my bill with reference ***

Now they are going to suspend my cellphone. During a pandemic. I only owe R500.

This is not on.
