Telkom is ***********. You hustle just to get a settlement letter.

Telkom doesn’t want to give me my settlement letter. My contract was fully paid long time ago. Just because I am still getting minutes every month. Which by the way I’m still paying for. Apparently I must cancel all the services rendered, wait for last debit. My statement must show zero balance before I can call and still beg for my settlement letter. Level of incompetence is so unbelievably. All they are good at is just to send me from pillar to post for nothing. 😡
