Telkom is Worst that any other network available

Telkom is an *********** unprofessional registered ******* who doesn’t care about its customers. They offer you deals so that they can get hold of your details and start ripping you off. I took a 24 months cellphone contract 4 years ago of which got finished about 2 years ago, and then after cancelling it they started deducting R2500 every month and after calling them and reversing the money they continued for the next 4 months until I decided to change my banking details as they will change the reference number every time the bank will block them. Now after that long they sent me a message telling me that they have handed my account to the credit berau for something that I did pay off Even the bank told me that almost everyone complains about them every single day.
