Telkom is worse than useless!!!

<p>Out of all government departments, Telkom's is the worst. No wonder their Fixed-Line number Subscribers are less than the amount in 1992. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have had the worst customer experience that i have ever had in my entire life. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have app**** for a telkom line in order to have adsl in October 2016 and yet 5 months later, i am still sitting without internet. the closest that they have come to installing my line is to plant a pole and to leave the cable all rolled up neatly on my roof without having it connected up. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am tired of escalation numbers because to telkom its just a waste of breath or a waste of time to even read. they get paid to do absolutely nothing or to blatantly ignore me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have phoned in countless times. more than you can count on 2 hands and the answer is always the same....ehhhh the matter is sitting with our cables department and theres a problem with the e-side. Cool story...its been the same story since 2 months ago. </p> <p> </p> <p>So what do i do now? do i sit on my backside and wait till i die and turn to dust to have them come and install my line? do i become a prophet and guess when they come and install my line so that i can decide whether or not i should persist? because really now.....W T F! </p> <p> </p> <p>All i want is to surf the net in the comfort of my own home without paying ridiculous amounts of money for an LTE package. i want ADSL. Nothing else. </p> <p> </p> <p>Im tired and I've had it! if any of my friends would like to have a telephone line installed in their house, I'd strongly advise against it! </p> <p> </p> <p>my cell number is ********** .
