Telkom is very unreliable

More than 2 months ago we went into the Telkom office in Fourways Crossing seeking for a dial out PIN code, I am not sure of what they call it but basically we just want to have a PIN code for each call we make out.<br> Ever since that was activated we have never been able to use our phone to make any phone calls even though we are able to receive calls. When we attempt to make a phonecall we get a message \you have no authorization to use this service\".<br> We made thousands of phone calls to Telkom for them to resolve however we are being told that...everything looks fine on our side.<br> On our last phone call, we were told that they will send a technician, we have not seen this technician to this day.<br> <br> We are considering closing our account with telkom completely as we are not able to utilize the services we originally signed up to telkom for."
