Telkom is very poor and not safe to use

Telkom is very poor, i have been using telkom for 7 years and it happens my phone get ****** last week friday, when i go to them for simswap they tells me that i dont own that number it belongs to somebody else, imagine the number i have register under my name then they decided to let someone share the same number with me? telkom is very poor i wish they can just lose all their customers, i have lost a lot of things from that number, everything i want to get back they request that number for verification code........ i am so heartbroken and i dont think i will ever use telkom bcos its nonsense
