Telkom is very disrespectful

I canceled my telkom phone insurance on the 27th of July and 2months later am still being billed for the ****** insurance wich I made it clear to them that I don't need it anymore, for a person who has 2 cellphone contracts with telkom I feel very disrespected. This morning I walked into maponya mall telkom and the 2 ladies who barely assisted me just handed me the phone to call n they were all busy on their phone calls talking their business whilst a customer in need of their help is in front of them... I say I again I feel disrespected by telkom services
