Telkom is very bas

I am extremely disappointed with the service from both Skynet and Telkom. I made arrangements for my package to be delivered to a new address, but the Skynet driver hung up on me when I tried to provide the correct location. Telkom, the sender, is also ignoring my calls.

This is completely unacceptable! I have been trying to resolve this for days, and now my package is stuck while both companies refuse to assist. I need urgent action to have my package delivered to the correct address.

And what frustrates me the most is that i made an arrangement for my package to be delivered on Saturday, i traveled from free state to Gauteng to make things easier, i waited the whole day, i tried calling and they just hang up, if you can’t do business just leave it, both telkom and skynet worldwide express, Now i had to go back to free-state, i tried to tell them to deliver to one of my family member to the address they have but still they are failing to compromise.

Can someone responsible please step in and resolve this immediately?
