TELKOM IS VERY BAD / AND THEIR STAFF ARE VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL

my name is lebogang ramaro my email address is *** and my number is *** . i have a Telkom account and i am so disappointed honestly i have never seen such a terrible and incomplete company like Telkom they don't value their customers at all. they suspended my account because of one missed debit order now i did pay them the full money they not unsuspend my account when i call her help their consultants are very rude and not helping. i spoke to MUKELISIWE ZULU she is very unprofessional and rude i requested to speak to her manager she didn't want. what kind of service is this ! maybe i should cancel the contract with them because they don't care about their clients . TELKOM I AM SO DISSAPOINTED IN YOU HONESTLY !!!!!!!
