TELKOM IS VERY ***********!!

I app**** for a mobile router in 2022 through telkom and when it was delivered it was the wrong router. I phone them and askedd them to come collect it and they finally came to collect it and gave my helper a reference number, which she lost. I have been fighting since then as they cannot find the router and i dont have a reference with me. I dont have a router either now i have invoices every month coming from them. I am tired and they are ***********
