TELKOM IS VERRRRRRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYYYYY BAD

I really don't even want to give you a 1 star rating as this service is so pathetic from Telkom. I app**** for a VoIP phone. Send in all my details and 2 months later i still don't have a reply. Then the "manager" phoned who said he will sort it out. This manager turned out to be only a sales rep (LOL) and 2 months later still no phone and no contract. Then i get a mail from TELKOM stating that i owe them 3000 for something, now anybody who know debt and debt that has prescribed know ITS ******* TO TRY AND GET PRECSRIBED DEBT and this is what they are trying to do, so please DONT WASTE YOU TIME MONEY AND INFO ON A BAD PLACE LIKE TELKOM AS YOU WILL NOT GET ANYWHERE. I AM REALLY DISGUSTED BY THEIR ATTITUDE AND THE WAY THEY OPERATE. Luckily i have all the emails and phone calls saved and will open a case of ***** against this company
