TELKOM IS UTTERLY USELESS

Telkom is by far the most *********** service provider I have ever come across! Pathetic is an understatement. This is now the fourth time that my LTE account has been suspended due to non payment. The fact of the matter is that I set up a debit order with Telkom but for 3 months they were attempting to debit from the wrong account. Every time they could not debit, they cut of my services. The person capturing my account details swopped around the last two digits. This is so confusing as i have a mobile account with Telkom where they debit me every month without issue. After having made lump sum payments on three occasions and on after the first occasion getting telkom to rectify the account number and going into store and confirming that my correct account details are recorded and that the debit order is showing as active on the system, HERE I AM ONCE AGAIN WITH NO INTERNET!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is worse is that these useless people are charging me interest!!!!!!!!!!! Can someone not so useless please rectify this issue
