Telkom is utterly *********** when it comes to sales good luck if you order from this CIRCUS.

3 weeks ago i ordered Vuma Fibre through Telkom, i proceeded to order 3 times as the orders kept being closed(wow fantastic). So eventually the order gets activated my vuma line get installed and router sent out, i connect and complete order and i am online(fantastic after the million calls someone with a brain assisted me, or so i thought). So for the past 3 weeks i continue to contact telkom to get a tin number and nothing happens, numerous disputes logged and resolved with no success. Today i receive a bill charging me for a router that was free with the online order upon signing a 12 month contract(which i obviously did). Now i get asked to contact the sales team again to complete order, which fracking order it was completed on the 9th already and i have the confirmation e mail from telkom to prove this. I am sick and tired of being sent from pillar to post due to telkoms negligence and total incompetence. If telkom reads this please get this sorted out as i am more than willing to go to court and pull every single call made to your company because you say calls are recorder. PLEASE GET THIS FRACKING SORTED IM TIRED OF YOUR GOVERNMENT AGENCY ROBBING PEOPLE LIKE THE STATE DOES.
