Telkom is usless

No internet, and no customer service from telkom. After loadshedding our wifi was down. Switched the router of and went out. Got back and switched it back on in the hopes that it would reset. Nothing changed. Tried calling the call centre, guess what, no answer no service no one picking up the phone to help. Are we suppose to spend the entire weekend withou internet, or until they decide to wake up and go to work?
