Telkom is uselss!!!

I have no internet and landline for the past 3 weeks now!!! These ****ing call centre is useless...i have logged 3 faults! I called them over 10 times!!! They are ****ing unhelpful! It is gone 3 weeks now and still no ****ing technician can come out, everytime i call them they tell me the fault is assigned to a technician but not a single soul came. I spent over R6000 on data this past 3 weeks.

They CEO Sipho is another ****ing useless ****!

Telkom must close the **** down!!!
