Telkom is USELESSS
Telkom is absolutely USELESS Once a gain I have had to phone regarding my REFUND R1490.00 this is so annoying 32 days and still the same response as every other day I have called the case has been escalated a manager will get back to you!!! *** I don't believe Telkom has no contact number for a accounts department to sort out Issues like mine this is pathetic I will never use TELKOM ever again or recommend them to anyone!!!!!! USELESSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
