Telkom is useless!! Worst service provider by far!!!

Absolutely useless service. This is now the second time we have an issue regarding our account. Telkom just cut off our contract due to non-payment. But we have a debit order ???? How does this work? And apparently the fault is on our side ?? (And there is NO reason for the debit order to not go off on our side)
