Telkom is useless to the core

Fiber Line was suspended, due to late payment. Billing and I.T department can't resolve the issue. Yet they still charge you for the service. I have been transferred Between Billing, IT and new sales. No communication or feedback. They team is useless and definitely needs training.

Its been one week during this period they have provided me with atleast 7 reference numbers. You call in with these and the response is we will escalate the matter and still you get no response.
