Telkom is useless to fix telephones.

Since i got my new cordless home telephone last year, it was send 3 times back for repairs. The handset does not work at all. You can plug the hand set in any other phone , and it is working. You can only use the phone on the speaker button. It is a DWR-720 P/W FLLA Black DLink phone. My repairs reference no: TRJ115732. It was send back on the 17th March 2020 for the 4th time to be repaired. I have ask for a new phone, but was refused. I had to buy an another cell phone, which i could used with the telkom sim card. That is the only proper way to get connected on my home tel number.
