Telkom is useless they are *****ing money in a pandemic

Telkom is the most horrible service provider. They are double debiting double charging and threatening to cut me off when I have paid more than I should. You guys have become useless and utterly terrible. You are *****ing people's money during a pandemic. My account is up to date and you have charged me twice in April. And you now threatening to cut me off why????? ***
