Telkom is USELESS,switch to NEOTEL

We've been having a problem with our telkom line since last year.The fault gets repaired and then the line works for just a few days and then its back to square one again.I reported the fault again on the 02 April this year and received an sms stating that the fault would be repaired within 7 days but I'm still waiting almost a month later.Telkom should just admit that they are no longer capable ofrendering or providing us with service instead of taking our money knowing that they cannot deliver a serviceTheres only one number to call and you cannot get through to the call centre even after being on hold for 30 minutes at a time.Its just getting worse by the day!!!
