Telkom is useless service provider & pathetic customer services.

The worst service I received from Telkom I app**** for a contract phone on the 25 September 2019 and I received an sms on the 26 September 2019 that they will debit R349 in 3 working days but it was debited on the Same day fine and I was told by 5-7 working days to receive my mobile. Ever since Telkom debited my money I didn't receive any communication from Telkom I followed it up, what amazed me is that Telkom is too quick to debit money but too slow to deliver their services. On the 30th September 2019 I called and the consultant said they can't help me because they are receiving high volumes of calls, all they could do is to call me back within 24hours I am still waiting. Today I called Telkom and I was told I will only receive my phone within 7-14 days or on the 15th October 2019. The turner around time for Telkom sucks their service is pathetic, they only care of getting money from customers but their customer service is Pathetic.
