Telkom is useless service provider as well as pathetic customer services.

I took a contract in july with telkom at kwadukuza mall but I never left the shop with device or never held the device in my hand ,the sales person opened the seal to show me the device then he explained I can't make calls without connecting the earphones to it.i then requested him to cancel the contract as it was not wat I want,so he then proceeded to log a case to to cancel the contract.i have a case number to say the case was being attended to and then another sms came to my phone saying the matter was resolved and no money would be debited from my account.so at the end of July an amount was deducted by telkom from my bank account.august same thing happen.i went to the telkom store at kwadukuza mall numerous times to complain all they say is they logged a case and matter will be resolved yet again during middle of the month of September I received an sms that an amount will be debited from my bank account to telkom on the 30th of september.so I went into the store and yet again they logged a case and later that day the sms came through said it matter is resolved.today the 30 September money has been deducted from my account.go to the store again they said they will log another case for me and that the matter will resolved.waited there 2 hours for the supervisor to tell me that's all they can do on they side,he showed no interest in getting me resolution and said that's how telkom is nothing he can do.so he can't even let me speak to anyone superior to him...my money is being debited addition to that it costs me 1200 a month to go to the store or calling telkom and also going to my bank to do reversal on the amount being debited.my bank charges me for the reversals as well as bank charges so I can't access even half the amount..telkom is a useless service provider also the staff are misleading and *********** to handle these situations.telkom should please pay all the customers back they monies as they robbing people out of they hard earned money.i would not recommend telkom to anyone as telkom will rob them aswell.many customers were at the same store having the same problem for the last 6 months.telkom is a multi trillion rand franchise but robbing people in the process to get rich.***.thats my direct line if telkom wishes to contact me with they stories and no resolution.
