Telkom is USELESS & PATHETIC!!!
Telkom....
Recently app**** for a ADSL line...what a experience! After 30 days of struggle...2 days of leave....and multiple hour phone discussions...still no success!!!
This has been the worst, most pathetic and useless customer service experience of my life!!! Telkom is absolutely useless, the service is pathetic!
Spoke to 11 different people...hours on the phone and not one off the agents could give the same excuse....all of them created or imagined a new excuse, system error, application problem, no wires in stock, no modems in stock, no technicians in my area, no technicians available, someone else forgot to push the order through, will be done tomorrow x3....
Got me so angry...I am now assisting family and friends all to move away from Telkom...
The only thing Telkom can still be useful for is to CLOSE DOWN and let small companies provide this service (well any service)...
If your already with Telkom...so sorry! If not....spare yourself a lot of frustration!!!
