TELKOM IS USELESS: NO SERVICE AT ALL!

I really wish that i could give a no star rating. i reported that my line is dead on the 17th already. No technician has been out to fix this. the call center is useless. i get a different story every time why am i paying for a service that i don't have. the ref number is: ********** 9
