TELKOM IS USELESS, *********** AND PROBABLY WORSE THAN ESKOM

Telkom does not even deserve one star rating.elkom SA is the most useless company in South Africa. I have been struggling for 8 months to close my late father's Telkom accounts with no results. I sent numerous emails providing all the necessary cancellation letters, letters of executorship etc. etc. but Telkom keeps on ignoring this matter. I have made countless calls to your hopeless call centre - after being placed on hold for 30minutes each time, an unwilling agent answers and repeats Telkom's script with the words "the matter has been escalated". This is madness!!! I have no other option than to resort to legal action.
