Telkom is useless in attending to replace their canles

I have been to the Telkom shop everyday for three weeks and every time I go there I get the same stupid response.. we closed the matter or the area where I live is so dangerous that they can’t replace the cables that were ****** three weeks ago... I don’t care if the area is dangerous. Just replace the cables so that I can use the adsl. Three weeks and nothing gets done. Yet my account is always paid... so Telkom please replace the ****** cables and no more lies..
