Telkom is useless - I want Openserve to be my Fibre line and Internet service provider

On 15 July 2026 I received a call from Telkom Senior Operations Consultant, Samukele Mngadi, offering me to upgrade my Telkom Endless Fibre from 100/50Mbps to 200/100Mbps. I agreed to the upgrade and later received on the same day an email from her to confirm the upgrade.

During the beginning of August 20260 and at the end of August 2026 I noted that the speed of my internet is not correct. I did get a download speed of 200Mbps, but the upload speed was still 50Mbps. I reported this to Telkom, and an Openserve technician came to my house on 2 September 2026 regarding my reporting of the upload speed that was not correct.

The Openserve technician (Martin) tested with his test account the speed on my fibre line and he got 200/100Mbps. He confirmed that my fibre line was correct, but my internet setup done by Telkom, who is my internet service provider (ISP) is not done correctly.

On 14 September 2026, I received my Telkom Statement and Invoice, and I noted that I was charged for an "Unnecessary Call-out" on my fibre line (B-number), but my internet (TIN-number) is still not at the correct upload speed of 100Mbps.

Please correct my upload speed to 100Mbps like I have requested!

Who can correct this for me, because when I phone 10210, I am told everything is correct, but when I test the speed the download speed is 200Mbps but the upload speed is still 50Mbps and not 100Mbps!
