Telkom is useless

What a **** company. They provided me with a product that NEVER worked, due to it not working I cancelled the **** service a long time ago but still they kept on billing me monthly. I requested all the calls between myself and telkom and still they failed to provide me with the recordings and told me that there is no record of the cancellation.

I went to several telkom stores, but not one of the telkom employees could assist me. I called them on numerous occasions and still I did not receive any assistance. I was promised that the service is cancelled but the bill increases.

DON'T subscribe to telkom or any of the services, they don't care about their customers.

Provide me with the all the call recordings as I requested!!
