Telkom is useless

I've been trying to cancel my cellphone insurance for the last 2 months. Every time I call the cellphone insurance line - no one picks up. I spend on average 30 to 60 minutes waiting on the line to no success. I'm basically forced to keep paying for a service I don't need and that's robbing me of my hard earned money.
