Telkom is useless

I wish I could rate this conpany ZERO I am without internet for 4 days yet we are paying, I was on a call with an agent yesterday who told me I must go to a telkom store for a Intergrated somcard while telkom works on my lime got to the store only to find out that the cant give me that the wasted my time and money, they keep escalating my issue but nothing is being done regarding my internet service I'm going to be jobless my family depends on this internet because we work from home telkom is the worse company their engineets are useless they not fixing anything at all I spend hours on the phone with no help at all . I want my internet on I pay my bills Telkom needs to step up their game I spoke to a man named Tyron at anton lambede street in Durban they couldnt do anything for me . *** I need someone to sort this out I'm sick and tired !
